RETURNS

It is our goal to provide the highest level of customer service as you trust us with your everyday looks. 

With that being said, Sorelle Boutique will accept, for refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Apparel must be returned with all original tags as well as packaging such as clothing bags.

At this time, we do not provide international delivery. 

How do I return an item?

 

To return an item, please send us a message regarding the details of your return. If applicable, our Customer Care department will provide the return address and instructions  to process your return.
